What is your payment policy?
We process payment using Pay Pal, or Credit Cards. Please Purchase your listing when you are ready. I personally design all shop listings and will work with you until you are 100% happy with your purchase – because all of our items are personalized and custom, returns are not possible. You may cancel an order for any reason prior to printing but if the design process has been started a full refund is not available.
What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?
No refunds/exchanges are available on personalized or customized items. PLEASE proof your canvas carefully and completely – we do not spell check canvases. We are not responsible for typographical errors (ours or yours). If you receive a package damaged, please let us know we will work to resolve it. Your 100% satisfaction is our #1 priority – if you are not happy for any reason we want to know and will make it right.
Can I see a proof before I purchase?
Due to our volume of orders RBC receives, the order has to be purchased first To have the order entered in our production schedule. Proofs will be emailed to you within 4 – 7 business days after receiving a complete list of your information. If you need to see and review a proof sooner than 4-7 business days you can purchase a “RUSH” proof and we will get it to you in 24-48 hours for review.
What is the best size for photos to be supplied?
300 dpi is the most desirable photo size for prints. Any less and it can potentially degrade the quality of the print. If you’re not sure what size your image is, no worries drop us a quick email and we will help you along.
How do I take care of my Red Barn Canvas?
Please handle canvas with care and hold by the framed edges. All canvases with heavy ink coverage are treated with a protectant to guard against UV light and some moisture. Do not get your canvas wet. If it needs to be cleaned or dusted use a soft dry cloth.

We ship FedEx, UPS & USPS depending on where your location is. We ship everything as soon as possible. We will use USPS priority or FedEx depending on cost and shipping location. I insure all packages. If you’d like a tracking number – just ask.
